This is the video recording of the November 27, 2008 Bible study for the Loma Linda University School of Allied and Public Health.

You will have to forgive the psychedelic background for this Bible study! Since the subject of this Bible study was the mind, prayer and the cosmic battle between angelic forces, I experimented with a background of neurons in the brain.

These 2 books describe the rebuilding of Jerusalem, which occured against great opposition. Is there a struggle between God and Satan in events such as this?

As Ezra read the books of the law to the people, they were overwhelmed and began to cry. Why should the reading of these books stimulate such emotion?

Did Ezra and Nehemiah use the right methods by threatening and forcing the people to keep the Sabbath and not to intermarry with the heathen? Is there meaning to the Sabbath or is the Sabbath just something we do because God says so?
